Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a combination of deep tissue massage, breath work and yoga stretches. In keeping with the tradition of Ayurveda, oils and herbs are used for their cleansing, detoxifying and healing properties. This unique and comprehensive approach to bodywork allows for a deeper release of physical and emotional tensions, improving body alignment and posture, eliminating toxins and improving energy levels, leaving the client with a lasting sense of well-being. The session is performed on a floor mat for ease of movement and flow. Claire is an experienced massage therapist with a background in Nursing and a degree in Ayurvedic Studies.
