With its roots in Integral Hatha and Sivananda Yoga, the form that Victoria shares is strongly focused on bringing deep awareness into the body through the gentle power of the breath.
A slow but powerful asana practice along with meditation and pranayama allows the body and mind to unravel and release any tension that might be held, creating a sense of peace and freedom as well as strengthening and creating fluidity within the body. A very meditative and mindful practice suitable for all levels of experience.

Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation

Pregnancy is a time of life when yoga can support you both physically and emotionally. It helps to keep you supple, relieve stress and anxiety, whilst boosting your energy levels. In these classes you will use meditation and relaxation techniques to create moments of stillness in your life, helping you take time out of your busy schedule to focus on yourself and your growing baby. Breathing practices calm and energise, helping you to manage pain and emotions. Stretches and flowing movements will help you maintain correct posture, strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy, and you will learn movements and positions to help get your baby into optimal foetal position and to ease the strain of childbirth.
