Asthanga version Rajadhiraja Yoga - This class integrates asanas, pranayama (breath control), vinyasana (flow) and deep relaxation to tone the muscles, increase flexibility, improve the posture, and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Drawing inspiration from several schools of yoga, this eclectic class includes flowing movements, still postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and meditation. All levels warmly welcomed.
Pilates with Kat Frost is on Tuesdays 10-11am
Regular Pilates practise helps to tone the core and pelvic floor as well as strengthening the muscles that support the spine, helping to improve posture and balance, and relieve aches and pains. Pilates helps to strengthen the entire body, increase flexibility and improve co-ordination and body confidence. Drop in £9 / Ten flexi-classes £80 / Ten consecutive classes £70 (please book)
