Pilates beginners with Karen Manghan 
10-11am

Karen has recently trained with Carolyn Bailey at Tula Training to gain a level 3 Pilates mat work qualification, Karen has been practicing Pilates since 2003, when an osteopath suggested that Pilates may help her congenital hip dysplasia. Regular Pilates classes not only helped to strengthen her weakened hips, but also reversed the postural problems which had manifested as a result, leading to reduced pain and full mobility.

6.45 – 7.45 with Leslie Nguyen Temple
Improve strength, flexibility and energy and feel relaxed and replenished all in one whilst we align our body and flow mindfully with our breath. All levels welcome.

New Pilates Class for Beginners/ Improvers with Lou

TUESDAYS 6.30-7.30 PM

Lou believes that everyone CAN do Pilates

She has a practical, unfussy approach to exercise and her classes are relaxed, fun and suitable both for those who haven’t done enough exercise for a while – and for those with some experience looking to improve.

Free first taster session. Then £8 drop in or £35 for a block of 5 classes.

Wednesdays

New Matwork Pilates Class for Beginners with Adrian Hemstalk

Drop-in class Wednesday mornings at 10am

Pilates balances strength and flexibility through slow, controlled movement. Regular practice improves our breathing, posture, core stability, coordination, joint mobility and overall fitness level as well as relieves stress and tension. If any or all of that appeals then please join us to enjoy a free trial class. The level is suitable for those new to Pilates.

Our busy lives make it difficult to commit to a class every week, so this class is run as a drop in class where your place must be reserved each week.

1st class free
Thereafter classes are £8 individually or 5 classes for £35 with no time limit on use.

 

 6.30-8pm   Hatha Yoga with Annie

This class offers easy to follow hatha yoga postures and flows for toning, breathing exercises for upliftment and short meditations for relaxation, so come and unwind!

£8 / £7 student.

Are you new to yoga or would like to return after a break? Then come and join Claire on the mat where you’ll move through foundational postures with a gentle Hatha Flow sequence suitable for all
