New Matwork Pilates Class for Beginners with Adrian Hemstalk
Drop-in class Wednesday mornings at 10am
Pilates balances strength and flexibility through slow, controlled movement. Regular practice improves our breathing, posture, core stability, coordination, joint mobility and overall fitness level as well as relieves stress and tension. If any or all of that appeals then please join us to enjoy a free trial class. The level is suitable for those new to Pilates.
Our busy lives make it difficult to commit to a class every week, so this class is run as a drop in class where your place must be reserved each week.
1st class free
Thereafter classes are £8 individually or 5 classes for £35 with no time limit on use.
6.30-8pm Hatha Yoga with Annie
This class offers easy to follow hatha yoga postures and flows for toning, breathing exercises for upliftment and short meditations for relaxation, so come and unwind!
£8 / £7 student.
