During the massage, the therapist warms up the body with traditional massage then massages while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another. The hot stone massage therapist might also leave heated stones in specific points to improve the flow of energy in your body.

I am a qualified massage therapist specialising in Sports and Remedial Massage. I completed my practitioner's diploma at the London College of Massage and also completed a BTEC Level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial diploma at The School Of Natural Therapies. Since qualifying, I have included the option of taping and strapping plus the use of ultrasound to my therapies and in addition to seeing my individual clients, I work with a well known semi professional football club.
