Praised  soft yet dynamic  and profond  body work,  . With the knowledge she  gathered  in over 20 years as a movement practisner and teacher, Nelly combines in her holistic pilates classes a variation of movement methods such as chi qong, Alexander technic, mime, body interagenc, feldenkrize , mindfulness and more.

The classes are suitable  for all levels.
The class can help you with one or more of the following issues- maintain your body in good condition,  improve posture, get rid of aches and pains , get fit and strong.

Thai yoga classes with Julia Hart 6.45-7.45 NEW CLASS STARTING 9TH OCTOBER

Combining the theory of yoga and thai yoga massage, these classes incorporate an understanding of energy lines and how they scaffold our bodies’ movements. We follow a sequence of yoga asanas, with emphasis on how our myofascial framework communicates tension and release.  Thai yoga involves reciprocal support in certain stretches, to enable sought after alignment of our physical and energetic bodies.

Wednesdays

Pilates intermediate with Karen Manghan 
6.30 – 7.30pm

Karen has recently trained with Carolyn Bailey at Tula Training to gain a level 3 Pilates mat work qualification, Karen has been practicing Pilates since 2003, when an osteopath suggested that Pilates may help her congenital hip dysplasia. Regular Pilates classes not only helped to strengthen her weakened hips, but also reversed the postural problems which had manifested as a result, leading to reduced pain and full mobility.

Hatha Yoga – Wednesday evenings 7.45-9pm

Gentle movement and deep stretching, using the breath to guide the body. Improve strength, flexibility and release tension. As well as physical posture work, classes will always include some breathing, relaxation and/or meditation practises to help calm busy minds. Suitable for everyone, including beginners. You do not have to be fit or flexible to come to yoga!

For those who want to practice skills & simply enjoys psychic work. Meditation & other exercises will help you hone your psychic skills.
