NEW YOGA CLASS with Selwyn
Selwyn has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and qualified as a teacher in 2014 after undertaking a two-year course at the Devon School of Yoga. He has studied many forms of yoga including Iyengar, Scaravelli and Ashtanga and draws on these influences in his own teaching. He is also an experienced bodyworker, practising deep-tissue and shiatsu massage in London, Brighton and Bristol.
Pilates intermediate with Karen Manghan
6.30 – 7.30pm
Karen has recently trained with Carolyn Bailey at Tula Training to gain a level 3 Pilates mat work qualification, Karen has been practicing Pilates since 2003, when an osteopath suggested that Pilates may help her congenital hip dysplasia. Regular Pilates classes not only helped to strengthen her weakened hips, but also reversed the postural problems which had manifested as a result, leading to reduced pain and full mobility.

NEW YOGA CLASS WITH
Hatha Yoga – Wednesday evenings 7.45-9pm
Gentle movement and deep stretching, using the breath to guide the body. Improve strength, flexibility and release tension. As well as physical posture work, classes will always include some breathing, relaxation and/or meditation practises to help calm busy minds. Suitable for everyone, including beginners. You do not have to be fit or flexible to come to yoga!
