Pilates intermediate with Karen Manghan
6.30 – 7.30pm
Karen has recently trained with Carolyn Bailey at Tula Training to gain a level 3 Pilates mat work qualification. She has been practising Pilates since 2003, when an osteopath suggested that Pilates may help her congenital hip dysplasia. Regular Pilates classes not only helped to strengthen her weakened hips, but also reversed the postural problems which had manifested as a result, leading to reduced pain and full mobility.

NEW YOGA CLASS WITH
Hatha Yoga – Wednesday evenings 7.45-9 pm
Gentle movement and deep stretching, using the breath to guide the body. Improve strength, flexibility and release tension. As well as physical posture work, classes will always include some breathing, relaxation and/or meditation practises to help calm busy minds. Suitable for everyone, including beginners.
You do not have to be fit or flexible to come to yoga!
