Pilates beginners with Karen Manghan 
10-11am

Karen has recently trained with Carolyn Bailey at Tula Training to gain a level 3 Pilates mat work qualification, Karen has been practicing Pilates since 2003, when an osteopath suggested that Pilates may help her congenital hip dysplasia. Regular Pilates classes not only helped to strengthen her weakened hips, but also reversed the postural problems which had manifested as a result, leading to reduced pain and full mobility.

6.45 – 7.45 with Leslie Nguyen Temple
Improve strength, flexibility and energy and feel relaxed and replenished all in one whilst we align our body and flow mindfully with our breath. All levels welcome.

New Pilates Class for Beginners/ Improvers with Lou

TUESDAYS 6.30-7.30 PM

Lou believes that everyone CAN do Pilates

She has a practical, unfussy approach to exercise and her classes are relaxed, fun and suitable both for those who haven’t done enough exercise for a while – and for those with some experience looking to improve.

Free first taster session. Then £8 drop in or £35 for a block of 5 classes.

7.45-8.45 PM Restorative Yoga with Issy

Open to all abilities, this restorative class helps release muscular tension. The class’ calming atmosphere helps relax the body and mind.

From the beginning of the warm up exercises to final Savasana, you unwind from the daily hustle with a gentle flow.

£8 per hour, £35 if you buy a 5 class pass.

Concession for university students: £5 an hour

Wednesdays

10-11 AM Dynamic Vinyasa Flow with Issy

With a different focus every week, Issy takes you through an energetic class which will bring you strength, confidence and flexibility.

Welcome to both beginner and regular yogis.

£8 per hour, £35 if you buy a 5 class pass.

Concession for full-time university students: £5 an hour

This beginners class is suitable for anyone new to pilates, those wishing to return after a break and for anyone wanting to review the basic principles.  All exercises are shown at a variety of levels to ensure all abilities and individual needs are catered for.
