Julia Hart

DIP ANATOMY, PHYSIO & PATHOLOGY, DIP TRADITIONAL THAI YOGA MASSAGE, CTHA

By adapting the treatment to specific muscular and joint problems, and gently encouraging healing to take place, I regularly succeed in alleviating even chronic symptoms.  Because Thai massage works on the muscles and fascia surrounding the bones, removing tension in this soft tissue in turn helps the body to regain optimal patterns of movement.

Vanille Didier Lamour

ITECH DIP ANATOMY, PHYSIO & PATHOLOGY, DIP SYSTEMATIC KINESIOLOGY, DIP INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY

I believe that ”The body can heal itself”. It is what I base my entire practice on, all I do is help it on its way. When dis-ease, discomfort, chronic pain or illness occur, it is a sign that there are blockages within the body that disable this natural self-healing process. Kinesiology enables us to identify the nature of the blockages. They can be structural, nutritional, emotional, or energetical.

I use a wide range of gentle but very powerful techniques to shift these blockages, bringing back harmony and balance in your body. Through the years I have witnessed how much things like suppressed emotions, undigested stress or grief, affect our body and health in general. This is why I specialise in emotional and transgenerational trauma release.

Viola Santa

CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST, HCPC REGISTERED, DIP (BIODYNAMIC) CRANIOSACRAL THERAPIST, VTCT (LEVEL4) SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST

I have over 20 years experience in bodywork including Physiotherapy, Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. Working in the NHS, for charities with neurological conditions and in private practice I’ve gained experience with clients with a wide range of conditions.

Symptoms like pain, stress or discomfort are useful signals our body uses to let us know that an injury, imbalance, or unresolved issue needs our attention.

I offer hands-on therapies and movement exercises that promote our innate self-healing capacity and bring more ease and balance to body and mind.

Treatments are also influenced by my study of Shiatsu & Seiki (Japanese bodywork) and Shintaido & Qigong (martial arts based movement).

In my experience bringing awareness to how our body feels, moves and holds itself can give us insight into our condition and helps to clarify what we need to support our health and recovery. I aim to support this process in my treatments.
