What is Indian Head Massage?
Deeply calming and relaxing, Indian Head is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for for over a thousand years. Combining a range of massage techniques with gentle stretches to loosen and mobilise the muscles and joints of the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, ears and face.
You are seated for this therapy and is ideal for situations where it may not be appropriate to give a fully body massage or as an introduction to massage.
